You want a crowd pleaser? Try making a Dutch Baby for Sunday brunch.

I’d gotten into the habit of making them whenever I took someone to my sister’s beach house in Manzanita. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, squeeze a lemon over it,  serve with bacon, coffee, juice, etc. SO freaking good.

There are a lot of recipes out there, but this one is the best.

Called Big Dutch Daddies in my family.  We skip the powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.  yum.
